It Is In Christ We Find Out Who We Are!

“It is in Christ we find out we are” says the bible. This is specifically about our characteristics and what makes us who we are to ourselves, others and ultimately God.
Answer these questions and see what springs to mind. What is the most obvious thing about myself Am I the same person when I am with others to when I alone? Am I accountable to at least one other person for what I think, do and say? What is your response?
Today many people succeed momentarily; some people succeed temporarily by what they do yet few people succeed permanently by who they really are. Could this be true?
Variables such as being unsure about your sexuality, taking drugs or getting drunk are simply hiding your true identity, being someone you are not for a short space of time but only you know which ones affect you personally.
Whatever does not come naturally is a false presumption of who you are and you will walk around with a mask on which requires effort. What’s the point? Be yourself because at some point people will see the real you if not in the first meeting with a stranger.
Situations like listening to music, playing sport or being inspired by someone greater than you bring out something of you to the surface that you see yourself in a different and positive light.
A fact that never chances is that both you and God know what you do all the time even if you portray something different to others. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow say the scriptures so who better to put our trust in and surrender out lives to.
A few weeks ago I came back from spending 10 months in Australia with all its culture, technology changes which are apart of life but which enables us to grow and adapt with the times.
Yet, in the midst of things, God is above all names and situations that affect our daily world. Like anything, time reveals all, so whatever giants, fears or challenges that personally effect us Jesus is above all of them.
All things are possible for those in Jesus Christ and you can live a fruitful life because God is everything to you. He is right?
