Prayer For Personal Leadership

Lord Jesus, I thank you for putting seeds into my life that you are calling me to leadership, I pray you will bring more experienced leaders to develop my leadership potential, you will teach me about leaders in the bible including yourself that I can identify with to encourage my interest in Christian leadership.
I pray daily you will assist me, give me resources and challenges to test my ability as a Christian Leader. You know my heart oh Lord and I pray that you will anoint and strengthen my ability to lead others in whatever plans you have for me in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
